Numbers Procedure:
Although we do not presently control entry numbers, we do honor the numbers established by the customers. Customers' numbers will be checked when they enter the house.
The first customer to arrive at the sale may start the numbers. Whoever starts the numbers is required to maintain the numbers by waiting at the house or by having someone else continue the numbers until the sale starts. Please keep these numbers at your vehicle for distribution. If you are not online when the sale doors open, you will need to go to the back of the line.
Also, please be considerate of the neighbors while waiting for the sale to begin.
Clean-out of avid fine art and objet d'art collectors estate. Final sale of a large estate with everything finally out of boxes and storage. Still has lots of vintage, collectibles, and art. General list of household contents:
Living Room Contents: Upholstered arm chair, stereo console cabinet, lamps, wall dcor, artwork, figurines, electronics, etc. (Not for Sale: Cement lion and tub stored in closet.)
Dining Room Contents: Chartreuse French Provincial china cabinet including contents (assorted figurines and decorative pieces), a pale-yellow French Provincial server/cabinet, crystal chandelier, artwork, silver-plate tea set, pottery, contents of cabinets and drawers, etc.
Bedroom and Hallway Contents: Master bedroom includes: Four-piece mahogany Hepplewhite-style set (two nightstands, a chest of drawers, small dresser, damaged bed), French Regency-style double dresser, lamps, artwork, wall decor, prayer rug, contents of closets, drawers (includes clothing and accessories), artwork, etc. (Not for Sale: small wall-hung display cabinet.)
Other Bedrooms with Contents: Yellow Room - juvenile pine bedroom set (twin bed, chest of drawers, nightstand, dresser, mirrors), artwork, wall decor, decorative items (figurines, etc.) display cabinet with contents (Jim Beam decanters), contents of closet and drawers, etc. Pale Pink Room twin beds, artwork, wall dcor, bric-a-brac, nightstand, lamp, contents of closet and drawers, etc.
Kitchen: Common items found in a kitchen; oak dinette, cookware, everyday dishes and glassware, etc.
Den and Office: Small console display cabinet, blue/gray recliner, oriental-motif area rug, colonial pine washstand, walnut display cabinet with contents, artwork, wooden African masks and figures, record albums, books, maple credenza with contents, early 20th bedroom furniture (nightstand, small dresser and chest of drawers), early Singer sewing machine with cabinet, vintage desk, lamp, glassware, pottery, metal storage cabinet, etc.
Florida Room: Collection of rocks, planters, picnic table, two wicker chairs damaged, rocking chair, gardening tools, etc.
Basement: Common contents stored in basement: metal cabinets, tables, small pool table (condition?), glassware, etc.
