You are being welcomed onto a property to view owners items for sale. We are not responsible for any accidents and expect you to be respectful of their property and belongings. You break it you buy it. Supervise children or leave them home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Charge only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. We are not a retail store, all sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay it is yours. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. This is an outdoor sale and there is no public restrooms except a near by tree.
As with all estates please be aware that I do not live there. I do not know the environment of the previous owner. There MAY be allergens present. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to answer your questions honestly. Please also know that in doing this business for 20+ years I am pretty desensitized to odors. You may smell something I do not. It is not intentional. Thank you for understanding.

SUNDAY!!! 9-3 HOW IS IT THAT WE HAD TWO GREAT DAYS AND THERE IS STILL SO MUCH LEFT TO BUY?! SO OWNER AGREES HALF PRICE AND FILL A BASKET FOR $20. THERE IS ONE SMALL AREA EXCLUDED FROM THE BARGAIN AND SORRY FOLKS THE SIGNS ARE ALSO EXCLUDED.

SALE WILL BE HELD FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY DUE TO HEAVY RAIN FORECAST ON THURSDAY.

UPDATE ON PARKING!! DO NOT PARK ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROAD OF THE ESTATE SALE. NEIGHBORS HAVE NOT GIVEN PERMISSION. ONLY PARK IN THE AREAS NEAR HOUSE AND ON SIDE OF ROAD IN FRONT OF HOUSE AND FIELD WHERE MOWED.

This is an old fashioned barn sale. It is outdoors and inside barn. You may want to bring a flashlight. It is dusty and dirty in case you have allergies. There are no stairs but depending on how wet the ground stays from Thursday you may have to walk a little way to get to the sale. The barn is located behind residential house. You may want to wear protective shoes. No early birds please. We will be busy securing areas to park and taking care of the security system so people can access without issue.

Outside we have many older farm and railroad tools and garden items. All under shed areas. There are signs outdoors and screwed on buildings. (I will have a screw gun in case you are interested in any of them) We do have light inside barn. There are mobile advertising tins, signs, old tools, old railroad tools and signs. Tin advertisement, small pieces of furniture, stoves, collectibles, scale, safe, antique corn shucker, antique light bulbs, bottles, jars, crocks, Indian collectibles, vintage magazines and so much more.

Great sale if you love antiques. So many interesting items. They are priced as antiques not garage sale items. Larger price items I am happy for you to leave an offer should it doesn't sell. And hopefully you all know that I am somewhat willing to discuss prices with you. Also due to previous theft issues, We will be asking customers who bring their own bags to place them in our shopping basket or leave them at check out while you shop. If you refuse to do so we will ask to inspect your bag prior to leaving. Thank you for understanding.
