You break it you buy it. Supervise children or leave them home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Venmo only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. We are not a retail store, all sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay it is yours. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. There is no public restrooms.

Description & Details

Rt 9W is a very busy road. We will have limited parking on the left side of driveway. If nothing available when you arrive you may have to park in near by business lot or on 9W. Please use caution getting in and out of car and walking on 9W.

This is an older home that has been vacant for a little while. You may encounter allergens but house and items have had a general cleaning. We have some very good quality furniture and very low prices. Glassware, collectibles, clothing, kitchenware, books, small amount of garage items, toys and Christmas items.

Items are priced. If they do not have a price tag you may fill one of my shopping baskets for $20 with the unmarked items. This is a one day sale and we would like to sell as much as possible.
