I will accept cash, checks(with id), master card, visa and other cards. At my sales I will accept reasonable bids on any item in the house. If the item doesn't sell bidder gets the item.

The sale has a Grandfather clock, Hoosier Cabinet,  oak desk,  cherry china cabinet,  file cabinets, rocking chairs, wicker, outdoor furniture.  Toro 22" lawn mower, and more. A king size oak bed,  early chairs with slip seats, pine drop leaf table, cast iron screen, 

The art is this sale has oil on canvas, signed prints(copies of well known artist.  

There are only 50 items in this sale but all are good pieces. 

The grandfather clock is in perfect condition and is a Heritage clock. It chimes beautifully. 4 poster bed. This bed has drawers on each sidefor storage. The china cabinet has lights inside of top and cast iron hardware. Oak desk with 3 or 4 drawers for storage. One drawer is file size. It has a roll top. Hoosier cabinet with all the bins including a flour storage bin. The pull out bread board is handy. The mickey mouse framed piece is made of felt. The print shows a mother and child. Oil on Canvas by N. Clabeil or N. Clabein 1978 It depicts a lake scene with boats. Pair of wicker chairs with chair pads. The Pine table between the chairs is painted green and has a lower shelf. Pine table with drop leaves. The legs are painted. Child's rocker has painting on top board. Leather chair with ottoman. Upholstered rocker from the 1930'sine outdoor chair and plastic outdoor chair There are also 4 other chairs for outdoors. Oak table with lower shelf and carved legs. Three part Cast iron screen Two Early chairs Both is good condition. Toro 22" lawn mower with bag, Water color done in 1908. Signed by artist.1908 Pencil drawing of a horse.
