You are being welcomed into another home to view their items for sale. We are not responsible for any accidents and expect you to be respectful of their home and belongings. You break it you buy it. Please leave children home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Charge only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. All sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay, it is yours. small area to move around, enter at your own risk. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. This is not a public place and a public bathroom is not available.

As with all estates please be aware that I do not live there. I do not know the environment of the previous owner. There MAY be allergens present. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to answer your questions honestly. Please also know that in doing this business for 20+ years I am pretty desensitized to odors. You may smell something I do not. It is not intentional. Thank you for understanding

This is an adorable apartment packed full of items. Moving and everything must go. This is a seasonal occupancy for the owner and they are terminating lease. So items are rarely used. We have child items and Bunk beds. ottoman beds, small pieces a furniture country in style. Pottery, dishes and household. Small amount of clothes. Lots of art work inclusive of Norman Rockwell collection.

The Terrace will not let us put out signs so look for the orange ribbon to know where to turn and park. Apartment is small so only five at a time. Not sure we can have a line outside secure door so we can flag you in from park lot. Please be patient with us as we are going to try our best to make this work easily.
