HOME and STUDIO of LOCAL ARTIST (BUFFALO AREA)...

This is the estate of local artist Patricia Schneider. Patricia was a member of the Buffalo-Amherst-Williamsville Art Society, and has received many awards for her watercolors, portraits and abstract oils on canvas. Her art studio is filled with supplies, books, sketches, paintings, watercolors, portraits, local renderings and more. The studio is located in her basement which also features a billiard room with a slate top pool table, hi-fi gear, albums and kitschy collectibles. The main house is filled with fine furnishings including a Jamestown cherry bedroom suite, new mattress and box spring, quilts, a mahogany dining room set, spinet organ, a vintage mandolin in great condition (no label, but sure looks like a 100 plus year old Washburn), sheet music, vintage clothing and hats, retro kitchenware, jewelry, quality china and stemware, a vintage patio, picnic items and large tool room loaded with great old cabinets and numerous shop, power and hand tools.
