We have two parts going on in Southampton. Same sprawing estate selling at 9 million.

Part 1 will begin to close SUNDAY August 8th

7:30pm

Part 2 will begin to close SATURDAY August 9th

8pm.

So many items we did it in 2 parts.

Shipping on smalls is available for a fee.

Delivery is availble on Monday only August 10th for a very reasonable fee.

This estate is located on Halsey Neck rd just south

of Sunrise Hwy , very easy to get to.

We will have some items available to purchase on site.
