this amazing sale will begin on Tuesday March 2nd and 9 am with rules as follows;
HERE ARE THE BASICS: no mask, no entry , no exceptions , social distancing please . we will allow a limited number of people at a time to meet Covid requirements. no more than 6 people at a time in the home. there will be no numbers, we will allow the first 6 in at opening time . you are free to start your own sign in sheet on tuesday morning, any sheets left out overnight will not be accepted . we understand this might be inconvenient but Covid is a serious matter and we are doing our part to keep everyone safe.
if you see something you want you may contact us to make a purchase. contact us through email Ilanaperles@gmail.com or by calling or texting Lenny at 914-419-9772 . we then can arrange outside pickup and payment. cash only or paypal but you must sign all sales final receipt. this is only available on a few items , all other items will be revealed at the sale
During the sale :
Absolutely NO BAGS , allowed please leave pocketbooks somewhere else, you may bring empty bags to load your stuff only
CASH ONLY , paypal for items over $200 only and you have to sign final sale receipt
ALL SALES FINAL , EVERYTHING SOLD AS IS ,AS FOUND , no movers on premises so you must bring your own muscle, and packing material too. thank you

THERE ARE NO PORTERS ON THE PREMISES SO YOU MUST GET HELP TO REMOVE LARGE ITEMS. sale is in whole house including garage and basement.
THERE ARE STEPS UP AND DOWN TO THE SELLING AREAS SO BE ADVISED OF THIS . there are a lot of rooms in this premises,so you must be careful, no small children please , park with care and do not block others
