We will hand out numbers at 8:15 AM!! If it is not rainy we may allow parking on the lawn - long driveway, please do not park/block driveway. Look for signs regarding parking. Otherwise, park on the shoulder of road- be careful, deep ditch along road. Please do not park in neighbor's driveway. Be respectful of the community! There are a number of larger items in the house, with items in the garage, basement, first/second floors and outside. BE PREPARED with proper manpower, tools, to dis-assemble and remove any purchased items. Items must be removed the same day unless you make other arrangements with us. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU-- you are solely responsible for removing purchased items. All Sales are FINAL and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." No refunds will be given. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check items thoroughly for any defects. In the case of electrical items, we may have indicated if we were able to "power up" the device. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Bank Debit Cards (if uses as of credit card) and of course CASH. No personal checks will be accepted. Items are subject to Erie County Sales Tax unless you produce a NYS tax exempt certificate. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.!! At 12:30 we will clear/reset the house. All must leave. At 1:00 pm on Sat. remaining items will be 50% off from 1:00 to the end of the sale (some items are excluded from this discount).
