2. Maintain appropriate social distancing at any tables or in any room of the house.
3. Please do not come to the sale if you are sick, coughing or have a fever.
4. Please Respect the Neighbors. Do not park in front of driveways!
CASH ONLY
NOT responsible for accidents.
Bring APPROPRIATE help and transport when picking up large/heavy items.
PLEASE be aware of neighbors and driveways.
All items are sold - "AS IS"/"WHERE IS".
ALL SALES FINAL…..NO REFUNDS
NO public restrooms.
Do NOT Bring LARGE BAGS into house or expect INSPECTION upon departure.
