No pets allowed - service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park where directed. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.

Entire House Contents Sale! (Excluding major appliances and vehicles) More info to come as setup progresses. Pix will be uploaded as soon as we gather items together. Large house, lots of stuff. Be patient and check back frequently. We are working morning to night everyday until first day of sale - there’s that much in this house to sort through.
HUGE amount of furniture for every room/area of the house (living room, dining room, study, office, kitchen, bedrooms, hallways, closets and dressing rooms)
HUGE amounts of cook/bakeware, dishes, dining and food prep utensils, glassware, food storage, microwave, coffee makers, mixers, picnic and outdoor party items, platters and more to discover! Entire contents of kitchen are for sale (excluding major appliances).
Books (U.S. Civil War, Lincoln, Gettysburg, Homes of the Presidents, plenty of fiction/non-fiction (classics of the 18th/19th centuries, 20th century romance, Harry Potter, fairy tales, The Bible, guns/hunting/defense/NRA, U.S. Navy Air Force, motorcycling, history magazines, humor and so many other subjects!
CDs (over 500!) DVDs (over 1000!), VHS (100-ish), cassette tapes! All subject matter, genres, classic Hollywood, The BBC classic humor, investigators, literature turned into film, contemporary movies (we have over 1,000 DVDs - you’ll find something to your liking)
Fully stocked garage and workshop (so many tools and machinery: generator, lawn mower, weed whackers/edgers, shop-vac, compressor, and more to come!
Linens galore: bath (towels of all sizes) and bedroom (sheets, pillowcases, blankets (twin and queen), decorative bed pillows, plus many more items!
Clothing galore: men’s sizes: ,Women’s sizes: , shoes (men’s ,women’s ), belts, ties, scarves, gloves, purses/pocket books, wallets, watches, costume jewelry and so much more!
Garden accessories: planters, whisky barrels, terracotta pots of all sizes, plant stands, metal garden wall art, hand tools, hoses, benches, table and chair sets, occasional tables, outdoor storage chests, patio dining tables and so much more!

Office supplies: copy paper, envelopes, files and file holders, pens galore, note pads, printer/FAX machine, staples and stapler, magnifying glasses, tacks and binder and paper clips, tapes, post-its, desk storage bins, wastebaskets, shredder (tax time is coming!), plus more to discover!
