Off-Site Items & Holds: Select larger items are located at an off-site location. These items can be viewed by appointment or held with a down payment.

Parking Notice: Please park along the street. Do not park in or block the driveway, as it must remain clear for loading heavy purchases and pedestrian traffic.

Moving & Loading: Buyers are responsible for dismantling, lifting, loading, and transporting all heavy furniture, doors, equipment, and large purchases. Please bring your own tools, straps, blankets, and help to carry items.

All Sales Final: All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please examine items carefully before purchasing, as there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Early Birds: No early birds or pre-sale purchases before the official opening time at 8:00 AM on Saturday, August 29th.
