Very pleased to share this wonderful home filled with art, art supplies, art books, high quality antique furnishings, clothing, shoes and hats!

Kitchen features an abundance of corningware, blue glass, red glass, Pyrex, dish sets, glassware.

Bedroom includes single antique bed frame and mattress, vintage pink loveseat, antique bedside tables and marble top dresser. Art tastefully adorns the walls. And a closet full of clothes, shoes and men's ties.

Mainfloor studio contains many, many, many books, papers and cardstocks, filing cabinets, printer, office and art supplies, hardwood ladder...and a closet full of fabulous furs.

Powder/dressing/hat room has been aptly decorated with feminine art, jewelry boxes, antique sewing table, antique marble top chests. And another closet full of beautiful clothes & shoes...it's called the "hat" room for very good reason!

From the kitchen into the main dining area you will find more gorgeous furniture- dining table, chests, tall bookshelves, acrylic chair set. A collection of local White's Pottery. Linens, classical CD, DVD and vinyl collections, more books. More framed art of local artists, including works from the artist herself and her husband's photography.

The living room maintains the eclectic and curated art style as seen throughout the rest of the home. Has a day bed in lieu of a traditional sofa, some fabulous chairs and tables and lamps. TV, tv stand, mantle decor. And a certified Sculpture Collectors Limited original Salvador Dali signed etching.

The small room through the living room is possibly the best spot in the entire house, gorgeous lace curtains and red velvet upholstered settee, chairs. More art!

Full attic and basement- lots of bulk paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues) and cleaning supplies. The attic holds more of the wardrobe-easily spanning her lifetime. Quality holiday decor, fabric, utility shelving. Typewriter, a few select vintage toys, more glassware.

Basement has another studio filled with paint, art supplies and sketchbooks. An office that held cameras and other supplies. More utility shelving, small rubbermaid containers, glass jars, a ton of area rugs/bath mats, brand new sets of curtains, candles, bulk household supplies. Oversized outdoor plastic chairs, round outdoor tables, sawhorses.

😅 This sale took a ton of prep but it was one of the most cozy, personable and fun sales I have done to date, and I cannot wait to share it with you all.

Cash is preferable, as wifi is very spotty. Credit and Venmo can be processed but will require patience- for this reason, I will happily accept personal checks with valid NYDL. Prices will not be given out prior to the sale.

Side and back door entrance. Do not park in the driveway. Ample street parking, but please be mindful of neighbors and of others. Numbers given out at 8am.
