• We have no control over items advertised in the sale that are then reclaimed by the client before the sale. We do our best to keep the photos as up to date as possible.
• Cash only at this sale. We will not be accepting Venmo, credit cards or personal checks.
A Sign in sheet for early arrivers will be posted on the door of the house by 3pm the previous day. Please do not text or email to be added to the sign in sheet
• When shopping during our sales, you enter the property, shop, and park at your own risk.
• Please bring help and a vehicle to load large items. Some large items may need to be disassembled for transport.
• If bringing your own bags or boxes, you will be asked to empty them completely at the time of checkout.
• Our sales happen rain or shine!

Estate sale in a private home. Four generations lived in and collected in this house. The house is full of antiques, furniture, dishware, glassware, art, braided rugs, and more! Horse-themed decor, New Orleans-themed decor, books, and comics. It also includes crafting materials for quilting, sewing, cross-stitch, and embroidery. The home of avid Jazz fans, there is an extensive collection of Jazz records, including Dixieland jazz, private-label jazz, and popular artists, as well as musical instruments such as a piano, trombones, tubas, and a French horn.
