NO SCHEDULED PICK UPS. LARGE ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AND REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES DURING THE HOURS OF THE SALE.
CASH please, no cards. No refunds or credits. Buyer’s remorse or buying on speculation are not valid excuses for returns. Known checks may be considered.
WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CONSIDER SHIPPING ITEMS, let alone payment for items in any way other than standing on line, being at the sale in person, and paying on the day of the sale, in person. If we wanted to sell online/off site, we would use estatesales.net market place.
With respect for our clients, their homes, and their pocketbook, we do not allow usage of their bathrooms.
Also, with respect for our clients, we cannot guarantee all items advertised will be available on the day of the sale. Clients often have a change of heart, or a relative makes a claim. We do our best to protect ourselves against this, but ultimately we are working in someone's home with their belongings.
We are very easy to deal with, but sometimes our good nature gets tested.

Today we are having our box sale blow out. We are slashing prices on ALL items after a very successful opening day. We need all the buildings empty and we are creating that buzz. Basically, we score lots of empty liquor boxes, you arrive at the sale, take a box and shop...We give you the deal of a lifetime!
We held a big out door architectural salvage sale at the end of last year and there is still more to sell. If you are a collector, interior designer or just looking for fresh estate sale treasure, you will have a great day out shopping this sale with an international flair from the Far East to Eastern Europe.
