Please come prepared to load purchased furniture! Cash/Charge and carry!
No one will be admitted to sale with oversized bags or backpacks.
We do not "pre-sell" items before a sale and cannot "hold" items for you. You must attend the sale and pay for the desired item.
Please note we cannot answer calls regarding pricing, dimensions of items, condition. We just don't have the time!
Credit Cards accepted on purchases $100 and more
Must have proper ID
No exchanges, No refunds, No exceptions!! All items are sold “as is”.
NUMBER SYSTEM:
The first person to arrive in the morning may start the list. You must be present to sign your own name and remain there until we arrive or you will forfeit your place in line. When we arrive (1-2 hours prior to opening), if everyone is in agreement and present, those names will be transferred to our official sign-in sheet. Again, If you are not present you will forfeit your place when we transfer the names over. Once our official list is established, it will be placed outside the door for new arrivals to sign-in. At this time, you will be free to leave and return 15 minutes before we open to line up.
