-Winning bidders must make an appointment for auction pick up. We now use signup genius for our pick ups. This is the fastest and easiest way to make pick up run smoothly.

-WE CANNOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items, we cannot move furniture.

-Winning Bidders must bring their own bags, boxes and or packing materials. You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor will not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

-Items offered for shipping are specifically marked as such. Please bid accordingly. We will not refund for if you bid on items that we do not ship.

-Shipping is available on small non fragile items. We do not ship lamps art large items etc..

-Shipping policy is $9.00 handling fee per invoice, no matter how many items you win. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and the handling fee. Shipping must be paid through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp.
