WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CONSIDER SHIPPING ITEMS, let alone payment for items in any way other than standing on line, being at the sale in person, and paying on the day of the sale, in person. If we wanted to sell online/off site, we would use estatesales.net market place.
With respect for our clients, their homes, and their pocketbook, we do not allow usage of their bathrooms.
Also, with respect for our clients, we cannot guarantee all items advertised will be available on the day of the sale. Clients often have a change of heart, or a relative makes a claim. We do our best to protect ourselves against this, but ultimately we are working in someone's home with their belongings.
We are very easy to deal with, but sometimes our good nature gets tested.

Today is another one day quick in, quick out dusty old digger sale. Fishing poles and tackle, Noritake China set, books, kitchen contents, attic, basement, dining room, living room and garage. We know you like these older homes that have years of accumulation and fun stuff, so help us empty this house. See you there. Starting again at 8am sharp. No numbers. Do not park in the driveway.

Please come prepared with a proper vehicle, hand truck for larger items, especially the appliances and help. We are running the sale and can’t stop to shoehorn heavy items into your Smart Car. Thank you.
