If it is not rainy, we will allow parking on the lawn- long driveway, please do not park/block driveway. Please look for signs regarding parking. Parking on shoulder of road, be aware this road has lots of construction/windmill equipment travelling on the road. Be cautious.
Please do not park in neighbor's driveway. Be respectful of the community! There are a number of larger items in the house, with items in the garage, basement, first floor and upstairs. (House is a split level). BE PREPARED with proper manpower, tools, to remove any purchased items. Items must be removed same day, unless you make other arrangements with us. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU- you are solely responsible for removing purchased items from the home. All sales are FINAL and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". No refunds will be given. It is YOUR responsibility to check items thoroughly for any defects. In the case of electrical items, we may have indicated if we were able to "power up" the device. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Bank Debit Cards (if used as credit card) and of course, CASH. No checks will be accepted. Items subject to Wyoming County Sales Tax, unless you produce a NYS tax exempt certificate. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!!
