TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in this auction, bidders agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted unless otherwise stated by the seller.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all items. Descriptions are based on our observations and available information at the time of listing. While every effort is made to identify notable characteristics and condition issues, buyers are responsible for reviewing all photographs and determining the suitability of an item before bidding.
Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees regarding condition, age, authenticity, completeness, functionality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability unless expressly stated in the item description.
Placing a bid creates a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids and auction closing times.

THIRD-PARTY CONSIGNED ITEMS
Some items offered in this auction may be sold on behalf of third-party consignors. Item descriptions are based on information provided by consignors and our own observations at the time of cataloging. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, neither the seller nor the auction company makes any representations or warranties regarding ownership, authenticity, provenance, age, condition, completeness, functionality, or suitability for any particular purpose unless expressly stated in the item description. All items remain subject to the “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” terms of sale.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW ITEMS
The auction company reserves the right to withdraw, postpone, or cancel any lot or auction at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving questions of ownership, authenticity, legality, title, condition, cataloging errors, or other circumstances that may affect the sale of an item. In the event a lot is withdrawn after bidding has commenced, the auction company shall have no liability beyond refunding any amounts paid by the successful bidder, if applicable.

BUYER’S PREMIUM
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final hammer price of all lots. By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge and agree to pay the buyer’s premium in addition to the winning bid amount, applicable sales tax, and any shipping, handling, or processing charges.

PAYMENT
Payment will be processed using the payment method on file with the auction platform immediately following the closing of the auction unless otherwise stated. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their payment information is current and valid.
Any declined payments must be resolved before items are released. Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of bidding privileges, and reporting to the auction platform.

ITEM PICKUP
Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their purchases during the designated pickup period listed in the auction details.
Buyers must bring adequate assistance, tools, packing materials, and vehicles necessary to remove their purchases. Auction staff are not responsible for loading, packing, dismantling, or transporting items unless otherwise stated.
Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup period will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved by the auction company.

FAILURE TO PICK UP
Items not picked up during the designated pickup period and without prior approved arrangements will be deemed abandoned. Abandoned items may be resold, donated, or otherwise disposed of without refund. The bidder remains responsible for all amounts due and may be restricted or permanently banned from participating in future auctions.

SHIPPING
Shipping may be available on select items if specifically stated in the auction listing. Shipping services are provided by an independent third-party shipping company. All shipping, handling, packaging, and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be charged separately by the shipping provider.
The auction company does not perform shipping services and is not responsible for shipping costs, quotes, packing methods, transit times, loss, damage, delays, or any issues that occur after items have been released to the third-party shipper. Any shipping-related questions, claims, or disputes must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY
Bidders are solely responsible for determining the value, condition, authenticity, and suitability of items before placing bids. Failure to inspect an item or review photographs does not relieve the bidder of their obligation to complete the purchase.
Bidders are encouraged to contact the auction company with questions prior to bidding.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The auction company, seller, consignors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damage arising from participation in the auction, the purchase or use of any item, errors in listings, platform interruptions, or any dispute related to the auction.
The maximum liability of the auction company shall not exceed the amount paid by the bidder for the item in question.

DISPUTES
The auction company reserves the right to resolve any disputes regarding bidding, ownership, payments, pickup, catalog descriptions, or interpretation of these terms and conditions. The auction company’s decisions shall be final.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By registering for, bidding in, or participating in this auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained herein.
