The items offered for sale will be available for collection on March 22 from 10 AM to 2 PM at a residence in Woodbury, NY. The specific address will be provided to the winning bidders. There is only one pick up day for this sale. Please do not bid if you or an authorized third-party/shipper are unable to collect the items during that time.

Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photographs, as they constitute a key part of our description. CAREFULLY REVIEW ALL PHOTOS FOR ITEM DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION PRIOR TO PLACING A BID! WE TRY TO TAKE PHOTOS OF ANY DAMAGE THAT WE SEE, DAMAGE MAY NOT BE IN DESCRIPTION, BUT IN PHOTO. Any condition statement given by Treasure Chest Estate Sales is strictly an opinion and Treasure Chest Estate Sales shall have no responsibility for errors or omissions.

The buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased property, including all costs and expenses of handling, shipping, insurance, and export, and is liable for the full purchase price plus the buyer's premium and applicable taxes. NY sales tax of 8.875% will be added to the total purchase price. Buyer releases Treasure Chest Estate Sales from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Treasure Chest Estate Sales for loss or damage occurring in transit.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment through LiveAuctioneers is preferred. You can pay via any major credit card or Bank Transfer (ACH) by clicking the ?Pay Now button on your LiveAuctioneers invoice. Treasure Chest Estate Sales encourages all winning bidders to complete their transactions through LiveAuctioneers Payment Processing Platform. All credit card transactions will incur a flat processing fee (3.8%) to your order total. This processing fee is collected by LiveAuctioneers and goes directly to them.
Treasure Chest Estate Sales must receive full payment, before any property is collected by the winning bidder or their authorized third-party/shipper. If you do not pay by the pickup day, a dispute will automatically be filed through LiveAuctioneers.

AUTOPAY: If you have not contacted Treasure Chest Estate Sales to arrange payment within 24 hours of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.

SALES TAX: Online purchases from Treasure Chest Estate Sales may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax. Learn more about tax-exemption.

SHIPPING: WE OFFER IN-HOUSE SHIPPING FOR LIMITED ITEMS AS WELL AS DELIVERY. For inquires before bidding please send us an email at treasurechestestate@gmail.com.

If you want to use in-house shipping, please contact us via LiveAuctioneers messenger once the auction ends or send us an email with your shipping address at treasurechestestate@gmail.com We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for incorrect/invalid addresses input by the buyer or lost/stolen shipments. If you are unable to personally collect your property from our auction location within the given pickup time, you will need to coordinate shipping or delivery through our in-house shipping or send your authorized third-party shipper to collect orders. If we ship in house, there is an additional handling and materials charge plus insurance. Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damages once items are turned over to a shipping facility.

PROPERTY REMOVAL/PICKUP: There is only one pick up day for this sale, Sunday March 22 from 10:00am - 2:00pm. All items in this Auction will need to be picked up in Woodbury, NY 11797. Buyers must bring Packing Material, Tools, any Equipment needed and help to load the items! We do not provide labor assistance for large items, so plan accordingly. Any item(s) not claimed by Sunday March 22, before 2:00PM will be subject to a $50 forfeiture fee and item(s) will be considered abandoned.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION: If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid. For authorized third parties, their name must be provided. For authorized shippers, the name of the company must be provided. We recommend that you be available via phone during the collection window if any issues arise.

In the event of a dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sales sale record is conclusive and final.
