We welcome you to this amazing grand Yonkers estate mansion originally owned by the Charles E. Otis family. The home is on the Register of Historic Places and part of a small enclave of large turn-of-the-century residences in the area. Many of the home's contents have been passed down through multiple generations including the 19th c. collection of Asian hardwood furniture, art, and a large number of antique Turkish rugs.  Features a beautifully preserved 1920's era carved oak dining set with twelve chairs and other carved oak pieces along with a large main floor and entryway with room sized antique Kerman & Kashan rugs, bookcases of well-preserved antique books and curiosities throughout. This eccentric family home is filled with an abundance of unique antique and vintage Norwegian items...books, linens, woven table runners, fabulous Norwegian Christmas linens, trinkets, flatware, sterling, artwork, pottery and more. Many unique antique and early 20th c. collectibles and many unique rare items that we are still discovering as we prepare for the sale. Home has an enormous kitchen with cabinets galore that contain a little bit of everything so tons of goodies to discover there. Owners were creative artistic people...architect and chemistry professor with lots of hobbies, numerous trains and accessories and the never-ending basement space is filled with a treasure trove of VINTAGE artist supplies, vintage and antique woodworking tools and machines, sporting, auto parts, exercise machines, gun related items, ski equipment, tools and more.
