All sales are "as is, where is" and final.
Your own muscle is required, please bring or arrange movers for heavy items. Also bring boxes to pack items.  

NOTICE:  DUE TO OHIO STAY AT HOME ORDER, THIS AUCTION PICK UP MAY BE EXTENDED TO COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS. WE ARE TRYING OUR BEST. OUR STAFF WILL BE WEARING MASKS DURING PICK UP AND BIDDERS MUST WEAR THEM AS WELL. NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE IN A BUILDING AT A TIME. BUYERS MUST MAINTAIN 6' SOCIAL DISTANCING.
