You are on camera when on the property. Do not rummage through the dumpster. Cash or PayPal. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED! You are entering the property at your own risk.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON GRASS OR BLOCK DRIVEWAYS. When facing the home, the house on the LEFT has a man who might need emergency trucks to have access the driveway- please ensure a few feet of a gap to not prohibit their driveway in case of emergency. NO CHECKS. Cash, Venmo preferred. PayPal is accepted as friends and family.

No food or drink. No unattended children. No discounts on day one. Prices will please both collectors and resellers/dealers. If we are ready early, we will open the doors. Bring help to load heavy items. No holds. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. Please don’t steal or switch tags/prices. You are entering the premises at your own free will. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur on the property.

SATURDAY- fill-a-bag EVENT! I promise we still have a ton of everything (except antique bottles)

SUNDAY AT NOON- DRIVEWAY EVENT, take what you want as we bring out boxes to donate, throw away, etc. We reserve the right to cancel this event due to pure exhaustion

We had way too many items left over. So, let's get rid of it!

Saturday, everything will be $5 or less. EVERYTHING! And we will also have a fill-a-bag EVENT. Some items will be marked “not for sale”. You can put in a bid on those items (the furniture) ie-the balloon chair, French arm chairs, sofas, round table in living room, dry sink. The Thonet chairs are $5. The blond melamine book cases are $5 but you must CAREFULLY remove items on them or claim them and wait for us to transfer items to another location. The yellow table is $5. Mod high chair- $5. Hitchcock rocking chair $5. Folding tables are not for sale.

The treadmill is free to the first person who wants it.

Way too many items were left over. We have: embroidery, linens, bedding, mid century Christmas, vintage jewelry, collectible glass, silver plate, Blue Willow, pottery, general housewares, art, books, home decor, vintage fashion, fabrics, linens, doilies, Asian, mid century items, kitschy items, antique mixing bowls, vintage and antique hats, vanity items, hand painted porcelain, too much to list.
