By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Amanda Auction Gallery, LLC. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns, unless specifically stated otherwise. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person during scheduled preview times. If you are unable to attend, please contact us to arrange a private viewing. While we make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, these are for reference only. The absence of a condition report does not imply an item is free of flaws or damage. Jewelry, precious metals, and stones are not routinely tested unless noted. Any appraisals provided are the opinion of a single source and are not guaranteed.

Amanda Auction Gallery reserves the right to approve or deny any bidder registration at our sole discretion. Bidders with limited or no bidding history may be required to provide additional information or a deposit prior to approval.

Buyer's Premiums:
10% - In-person bidding (cash or check only)
15% - Absentee and phone bidding
20% - All purchases made through any online bidding platform
These premiums will be added to the final hammer price of each item.

Shipping is not included. Buyers are responsible for all packing, handling, and shipping arrangements. Amanda Auction Gallery does not guarantee in-house shipping and is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers. We are happy to recommend reliable third-party shippers upon request. Local pickup is available by appointment, and all items must be removed within seven (7) days of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.

Non-Firearm Related: Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs of their item. Please visit https://locations.theupsstore.com/oh/columbus/829-bethel-rd to arrange shipping. The Auction House will coordinate with the Shipper to have everything ready.

Firearm(s): Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for their item(s). All Invoices must be paid in full before the Shipping process commences. Please allow up to 14 days to ship. All successful bidders are responsible for ensuring that their local and state regulations permit ownership of the item won. Winning bidders must provide Amanda Auction Gallery, LLC with a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) that will be used for the transfer. Please email FFL paperwork to Jon.AmandaAuctionGallery@gmail.com.

Any bidder who fails to complete payment within the required timeframe will be considered in default. Amanda Auction Gallery reserves the right to cancel the sale, resell the item(s), report the bidder to the bidding platform, and/or pursue legal or collection actions as necessary.

Amanda Auction Gallery reserves the right to withdraw any item, group items, or modify the catalog, terms, or order of sale at any time prior to or during the auction.

Jewelry and precious metals are not routinely tested, even if stamped or hallmarked. Additionally, precious stones are not tested or removed from their settings to determine carat weight.
