TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering to bid in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Terms and Conditions set forth by Amanda Auction Gallery, LLC ("AAG").
CONDITION OF ITEMS
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final.
Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to personally inspect items during scheduled preview times. If you are unable to attend preview, please contact AAG to arrange a private viewing appointment.
AAG strives to provide accurate descriptions and photographs; however, all descriptions, statements, and images are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute warranties or guarantees.
The absence of a condition report does not imply that an item is free from damage, repairs, alterations, or age-related wear. Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, normal wear consistent with age should be expected.
Jewelry, precious metals, and gemstones are not routinely tested unless specifically noted. Gemstones are not removed from their settings to determine authenticity or exact carat weight.
Any appraisals provided represent the opinion of a single professional and should not be considered guarantees of value or authenticity.
BIDDER REGISTRATION
AAG reserves the right to approve or deny any bidder registration at its sole discretion. Bidders with limited bidding history may be required to provide additional identification or a deposit prior to approval.
By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge that all bids are binding and constitute a legal obligation to purchase the item if they are the successful high bidder.
Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bids are placed correctly and acknowledged by the auctioneer or bidding platform.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot.
? 10% ? In-person bidding (cash or check)
? 15% ? Absentee and phone bidding
? 20% ? Online bidding through LiveAuctioneers or other third-party bidding platforms
The buyer's premium forms part of the total purchase price.
SIMULCAST & INTERNET BIDDING
This auction may be conducted simultaneously with live in-person bidding, absentee bids, phone bids, and online bidding through LiveAuctioneers or other third-party platforms.
Due to potential internet latency, technical delays, or platform interruptions, bids placed online may not always be recognized in real time.
AAG cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet service and is not responsible for missed bids due to technical issues, software malfunctions, or connectivity problems.
The auctioneer's call of the hammer shall determine the winning bidder.
If two bids are received simultaneously, the auctioneer will determine which bid is accepted.
The clerking record, auctioneer?s call, and AAG?s records of the sale shall be considered the final and official record of the transaction.
FIREARMS
All firearm sales will be conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that ownership of the firearm is legal in their state and locality prior to bidding.
All firearms must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Winning bidders must provide AAG with a copy of the receiving dealer?s FFL before shipment can occur.
Invoices must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, and transfer costs associated with firearm purchases.
Please allow up to fourteen (14) days after payment and receipt of FFL documentation for firearm shipment.
If a buyer cannot legally receive a firearm or fails to provide valid FFL documentation, the sale may be cancelled and the buyer may be responsible for applicable fees.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
Shipping is not included in the purchase price.
Buyers are responsible for all packing, materials, handling, and shipping costs associated with their purchases.

Failure to provide proper exemption documentation prior to bidding may result in applicable sales tax being charged on the invoice.
Online bidding platforms may automatically collect and remit sales tax in accordance with their own policies and applicable laws.

Amanda Auction Gallery
Description & Details
In the decades that shaped America?s industrial and automotive identity, advertising was not merely functional?it was an art form. Crafted in porcelain, illuminated in neon, and engineered in steel and glass, these objects stood at the intersection of commerce and design, capturing the spirit of a rapidly evolving nation. Amanda Auction Gallery is pleased to present Part II of our Neon, Advertising, Autos, Tractors & Petroliana Simulcast Auction, a carefully assembled offering that brings together significant examples of roadside advertising alongside a select group of collector automobiles, motorcycles, and agricultural machinery. The sale is anchored by a 1967 Ford Mustang 289ci V8, accompanied by a 2001 Harley-Davidson FXDL, a 1927 Ford Model T Depot Truck, and several early Tractors from John Deere, M-M, Allis Chalmers and Case. Complementing the vehicles is a strong selection of advertising and petroliana, including a 72-inch double-sided porcelain Texaco sign, a 1933 Coca-Cola drug store sign, and an array of early gas pumps, highlighted by Texaco Fire Chief and Wayne visible examples. A vivid 5-color Life Savers neon further reflects the craftsmanship and visual impact that defined mid-century commercial design. Additional offerings include classic & HTF Coca-Cola and Pepsi vending machines, an Indian Time Sentry clock pump, and a complete Koken barber shop installation, alongside a broad range of dealer signage and branded advertising from Ford, Chevrolet, John Deere, Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Harley-Davidson, BMW, and others. This auction presents a compelling opportunity for collectors, designers, and enthusiasts to acquire objects that not only reflect American commerce, but helped shape its visual and cultural landscape. The sale will take place Saturday, May 2 at 10:00 AM, with bidding available live in-house, online via LiveAuctioneers and AuctionZip, as well as by absentee and phone bidding. Bid High.
