ITEM PICK-UP: Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. Please bring needed packing material and boxes, along with assistance to remove heavy items and tools for dismantling.

Item Removal: All items must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up date. If other arrangements are necessary, please contact site manager via email at offmainllc@gmail.com. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location, no items will be released without a paid email receipt. If your item/s are not removed on scheduled pick-up dates, Off Main reserves the right to resell your items (even if your items are paid in full). Items must be picked up the day following the auction or it will be considered abandoned.

SHIPPING: All items are available to be shipped, each lot indicates if it is "in house shipping" or "3rd party shipping".

In house shipping: Shipped by Off Main LLC in house for the cost of shipping plus $5-$20 per lot, no exceptions. shipped normally within 3-4 days. Handling fee varies per lot depending on time and the amount of packing materials needed. smaller items can be grouped together for a cheaper rate at our discretion. If you would like an idea on what the handling cost will be on a certain lot please email or call us. Your card on file will be charged this amount separately from the auction invoice.

3rd party shipping: Outside shipping service provided by Total Pack N Ship, any questions or concerns please contact Erica at Totalpacknship@gmail.com. These items are normally picked up once a week and shipped within 1-2 weeks.
