1. You MUST be registered and have a bidders card to bid.
2. Winning bidders may pay with Credit Card or Cash only (sorry no Checks)
3. There is a 10% Buyers premium for Cash and 13% for CC this auction
4. No Sales Tax will be Applied to this Auction
5. All items are sold AS-IS where is and with no Warranties
6. All items are available for your inspection prior and during the auction
7. All Sales are final
8. Once an item is sold, the item becomes the property and responsibility of the winning bidder. The Auction Firm does not assume any responsibility for missing or damaged items or lots following the sale of an item.
9. No items may be removed from the premise until paid in full
10. If there are any disputes, of any kind for any reason, the auctioneer calling the auction is granted the final say
11. Sold means Sold. Item will not be resold or reopened unless the auctioneer determines it is necessary
12. Absentee, telephone and/or internet bids will be accepted if the proper documents are on file prior to the sale and the Auctioneer and/or Auction Firm Personnel will be responsible for processing all bids.
13. Items purchased need to be removed the day of the auction. If items are left they will be resold at the next auction or deposed of and you will be charged a Moving/Disposal fee to your account for the next invoice. Fees can be from $25 to $100 per item Should special circumstances be in play, please notify the auctioneer and/or auction house personnel prior to bidding.
14.If you are caught moving any item from one box/flat or table to another you will be asked to leave. Please leave the items where you found them.
15.If you are caught stealing any item from our seller you will be detained for the police and will be removed from the location and prosecuted to extend of the law.

| Description | Handline's Auctions is having an Absolute Live Storage Auction in Amherst at Green Acres Flea Market Location for a vendor There are 3 Units. 2) 5x10 and 1) 10x10 size units. Items will be sold piece by piece (not as a unit) The person that owed these units has been there for at 25 years and has been doing them for over 30 years. He was well known and liked. He also used to owen 2 Ace Hardware stores and worked in Cuyahoga County. The unit is filled with everything that he used to sell at the flea markets and hardware store. We are not going to go through any boxes until the day of the auction as we bring them out. However we did take a few pictures of the items, cases and bins of all the items that is in the units for the preview. If you are are into or need screws, nails, light bulbs, tools, hardware item and much more. Then you will want to be at this auction. Bring a Chair, Umbrella and man power to move all your items that you purchase. Spend the day with us going through the units and enjoy the family and friendly atmosphere there at Green Acres Flea Market. I will also let you know that the Flea Market opens up in May on Weds and Sats, so you can visit there prior to the auction and get some other great items and deals. Little advertisment for them for allowing us and the owner to have the auction on site. The auction will be outside rain or shine. It will start at 10am and run until everything is empty. The flea market opens up at 630am They will be selling food and drinks at the location and there are restrooms on site as well. The way this auction will work just so there is no confusions. We will place couple tables in front of the units and bring some items out. Sell 1 table and them move back and forth between the table to table until the unit is empty and then move to the unit. Their are 2 units right next to each other and the other is on the left side. Any other questions please let me know.
