Parking will be at the house across the street in a wrap-around driveway. There is also some street parking one block away. The driveway to the estate sale is dedicated to the pick-up of items. Please be considerate of others when parking. Do not block other cars if you are using the driveway across the street. There will be signs to direct towards the parking location.

Most importantly, come out and ENJOY THE SALE! :) We have priced everything very fairly.

We will start passing out numbers at 9:00am. There will be no early entry.

Cash and Credit Cards accepted. A 3% charge will be added to Credit Card purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please bring help to load larger pieces; All items must be removed by the last day of the sale.

NEO Estate Sales is Not Responsible for Accidents. Please take precaution. There are stairs at the entrance and exit of the home.

Please wear masks and social distance in accordance to Ohio law. We will be limiting the amount of people in the home to 15 at a time.
