Pick up location is off Moore Rd. in Avon Lake, OH 44012.  Property is a mover's warehouse. 

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANSFER FEE OF UP TO $20. 

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items.  Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely. Staff are not permitted to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.

• If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with the actual pickup address after the auction closes.  This is NOT a receipt of payment.  You are required to pay with Credit Card/Debit Card via Stripe with the link provided on your invoice OR pay with exact cash at pick up. (No Credit Card payments are permitted at pick-up site; no personal checks accepted.)
• Blind Squirrel Auctions LLC, Home Again Transitions, and the landowner are NOT responsible for injuries or accidents. 
• All sales are "as is, where is" with no warranty and are final.
