Along with CDC guidelines masks or face covering will be required to enter the sale. Limited entry and social distancing measures are in place. Limited entry will start with the first 15 people then it will be one person leaves one person enters.

Cash, Check with proper id, credit and debit cards accepted for purchases $25.00 and over with a 3% buyers premium
All items to be removed by 2:00 Saturday
We will no longer assist with moving heavy or large items. Please bring your own help to move these items.
You are welcome to bring your own bag BUT you are no longer able to carry the bag throughout the sale. Please leave your bags with the cashier.
If you have boxes and wrapping paper please bring it with you.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BUYERS enter the premises AT THEIR OWN RISK.

The driveway will fit a few cars AND you will need to wait till we park our van.
If you have someone how could drop you off that would be best. The snow limited our parking ability.
