PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO PUBLIC RESTROOM AT THIS SALE!!
SPECIAL NOTE: Due to a select few that wish to "Get Something for Nothing", personal shopping bags or totes are no longer allowed at OPTIONS Estate Sales. If you bring a bag, you will be asked to leave it at the checkout counter. We recommend leaving purses in your locked vehicle as they will also be subject to a visual search. Baskets will be provided to assist with your shopping experience. OPTIONS reserves the right to refuse entry in the event an individual has an issue with this requirement.
NOTICE- No secret video recording - Per Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 2933.52 - If you wish to record during the estate sale, please ask the employee at the checkout desk. OPTIONS will work to accommodate the request.
OPTIONS is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
WEATHER - Depending on the weather, you may be required to take your shoes off and/or wear shoe booties which will be provided.
CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
ALL ITEMS ARE PRICED AS IS. ACCORDINGLY, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS OFFERED.
DRIVEWAY IS FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING ONLY.
If you purchase a large and/or heavy item, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER TO HELP LOAD SAID ITEM. OPTIONS will deliver for an additional fee if desired.

Options is partnering with the SCAC!
While you are discovering new to you treasures at this estate sale, you can also support our neighbors in need. Options is running a food and essential supply drive benefiting the Springboro Community Assistance Center (SCAC).
With every 2 items you donate, Options will give you an additional stamp on your loyalty card!
The pantry's stocks run low this time of year, and they are in urgent need of the following items:
Vegetable oil and sugar; Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, Olives, pickles, mushrooms, canned sloppy Joes, boxed hamburger helper, Canned beans (baked, pork-n-beans, kidney/chili, garbanzo, and refried), Tomato paste, tomato sauce, crushed, whole, and stewed tomatoes Small (5-10 lb.) bags of dry dog & cat food, Toilet paper (preferably in 4-packs), Paper towels, Trash bags, Laundry detergent/pods, Dishwasher detergent/pods, Dish soap, Gallon-size Ziploc bags, Pull-ups (Size 2T-3T)
Please do not bring expired, opened, or loose items (e.g., granola bars not in their original packaging).
We will have designated donation bins located at the checkout station of the estate sale.
