Auction Terms & Conditions Thank you for participating in our Online Only Auction Event. Outlined below are the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION EVENT. Auction Closing Date: Bidding continues until the last lot is finished. Lots will begin closing at a rate of 1 per minute until the last item is sold. Registration: All registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. Payment: Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Cash on Pickup Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for CC and 10% for Cash will be added to the final bid price and included in the total sale price. Sales Tax: Sales Tax for this Auction will be 8% if you live in Ohio High Bidder Notification: At the conclusion of the auction winning bidders will receive an email advising of the items won as well as provided with an invoice for payment. Bidders will receive an email and are responsible for checking your email account, Also please check your JUNK or SPAM mail for our Invoices or any emails. Pickup Location will be on the Winning Bidders Invoice which will be EMAILED at the END OF THE AUCTION. Removal for this auction is Sunday September 29th 2019 from 1pm to 4pm . If you need a little later we can work with that but please call to let us know. This is a 1 day pickup only unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to you bidding. We can work most issues that come up. However we will Charge all Credit Card for no show, no answer when we call or within in the last 30 mins of the end of pickup time for those that state they are paying cash on pickup. If or when we charge your card you will then have 5 Business Days to call or email us to make arrangements to pick up your items. If you do not call or email us you will forfiet your payment and the item/s that you had won/purchased. We will only Ship USPS Priority Mail for Tracking and Insurance reasons. We will up the Insurance based on the items that you won unless we are told otherwise by the winning Bidder. This is to protect you in case of any issues in transit. We will package the items very well but once the item leaves our hands there is nothing we can do. If there are any issues please let us know prior to bidding. These Terms and Condition are binding and will not be changed without prior discussion. Non Payment: If you do not pay you will be placed on our prohibited list until taken care of. This will also be sent to any and all other Online Auction Site and Auctioneers that use the HiBid platform. So you may or may not be able to bid on any other HiBid Platform auctions until payment is taken care of. Shipping: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. We will make sure the item/s are packaged the best we can to be shipped. The larger items if need to be shipped will be at the winning bidder discretion. We will assist the best we can for those items. To ship normal item/s there will be a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st Item/Lot and $2.00 for each additional Item/Lot. We may not charge the full amount of Handling Fees at our discretion. We ship all items Priority Mail with tracking and insurance up to the 50.00 anything above that will cost extra. We may use Fedex to ship heavier and big items. Any questions please email or call prior to bidding. Once the auction ends we will pack up all items that were won from Out of State Bidders, weight the package, process the CC on file a second time for shipping, handling and insurance fees and ship the package the next day. This will be automatically for all Out of State Bidders. Any local winning bidders you must call us to let us know that you need the items shipped. Otherwise your items will not be shipped and at the end of pickup day your CC will be charge for the items only and will follow the rest of the Terms and Conditions. Staggered Closing: The online auction moves fast and closes 1-2 items every minute. The automatic system will close the bidding on intervals. The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last minute of the asset's closing time. BUYER BEWARE: By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that s/he has entered into this agreement as the result of a thorough inspection, or acknowledged opportunity to inspect, of the merchandise being purchased and that all merchandise is sold in an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and AS-INSPECTED" condition with any and all faults. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneer and the Seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or merchantability of, or defect in any item, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any item or their fitness for any purpose. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 1 - Original 1930s Snow White RARE 1930s original Walt Disney Snow White doll by Knickerbocker! This is the earliest snow white doll made (unmarked with forward looking eyes) and originally wore a yellow dress with Walt Disney printed in white (this doll no longer has the dress). The composition doll stands approx. 13.5" inches in height and has molded hair and bow, band jointed arms and legs, and hand-painted facial features (she has not been touched up). Do not confuse her with the later dolls that are marked or the "side-eye" Ideal Doll production; both which followed this doll.
2 - Antique Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass, & Glass Co. Exceptionally RARE and highly sought after Antique (1901-1920) Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass, and Glass Company reverse painted table lamp. The base is original to the shade and is equipped with 2 old Leviton pull chain sockets covered by a etched glass shade with a beautiful winter county scene.
3 - Antique Civil War Snuff Box Antique Civil War snuff box with detailed lid etching of a soldier sitting over a cannon with ordinances to his side. The piece is stamped "C. Parker" and has a 1860 patent pending stamp. The piece measures approx. 3.25" x 2.15" inches and

20 - Antique Sound Reproducer Antique Victorola No.2 sound reproducer for the Victor Talking machine phonograph. This is a great replacement part for someone who owns one of these antique units or as a display of early American phonograph engineering.
21 - 1960s 1:24 scale Cheetah Slot Car Vintage 1960s Cheetah 1:24 scale slot car. The motor was tested with a transformer current and it worked great.

39 - Mid-Century Squeaky Doll Mid-century vintage rubber squeaky baby doll. The doll stands approx. 10.5" inches in height, has movable arms and legs as well as a swivel head with glass eyes and molded and painted hair. The doll's squeaker still works great and the baby doll is completed with clothe diaper, onesie and silk laced night robe. The doll is in great condition but has no markings indicating the maker.
40 - Antique Black Americana Doll Antique Black Americana doll! The doll stands approx. 9.5" inch in height and appears to be made from a hardened paper mache like material. It is a two piece construction (the front and back half) and the two halves were then joined and completely hand-painted. The doll has movable interconnected limbs in the body capsule.
41 - New Schleich Giraffes New old stock! Lot of two (x2) Schleich giraffes. The lot includes a mother giraffe standing approx. 6" inches in height and her baby giraffe standing approx. 3" inches in height.
42 - Mustang Fastback Mach 1 Great OEM item! Pair of original 1970 Ford Mustang Fastback Mach 1 taillight bezels. These are original Ford parts salvaged from the vehicle and can be used as is or even purposed (would make a cool picture frame).

45 - 1984 Go-Bot Original 1984 Go-Bot transformer by Select. This is the Pontiac Trans-Am "Convertor" from the Bird Convertor series and transforms smoothly.
46 - 1957 Ford Dash Clock Original OEM dash clock for a 1957 Ford. The piece is stamped with a production date and was manufactured by the George W Borg Corporation. We were unable to test this 12V clock but could be put back into service, remade into a desk clock, or repurposed in any number of unique ways!
47 - Large 1970s Panda Bear Bank Vintage early 1970s molded vinyl panda bear bank by Homecraft Products standing approx. 11" inches in height. The bank is brightly accented and holds hundreds of coins; held in by the original factory stopper.

53 - 1950s Sleepy Eye Doll Vintage 1950s plastic doll featuring hand-painted lips, eye lashes, and eye brows accenting the rare blue sleepy eyes. The doll has movable arms with white vinyl undergarment and painted molded shoes. She is from a private collection and in excellent condition. The doll stands approx. 7.5" inches in height.
54 - Sterling 4 Leaf Clover Brooch Vintage sterling silver four leaf clover lapel pin. The piece is embossed with both low and high relief work, hallmarked, and measures approx. 1" inch in diameter.
55 - Hakata Mimasu Dolls Vintage Ceramic and hand-painted Japanese couple by Hakata Mimasu Dolls. Both figures, the "tea ceremony" are complimentary are were produced together; each relaxing and drinking tea.
56 - 1970s Die Cast Hurricane IV Vintage 1970s Playart WWII series "fast Wing" die-cast Hurricane IV airplane. The die-cast toy plane has a wingspan of approx. 4.5" inches, spinning propeller, and retractable landing gear.
57 - Stars & Stripes Zippo Stars & Stripes! Brand New Zippo lighter in the original box with original paperwork. The lighter has never been lit or filled with fuel. There seems to be some wear on the case or that may just be the finish.
58 - Cigarette Case & Lighter Vintage 1940s-1950s Evans hard-shell hinged cigarette case with built in lighter. The case has beautiful Art Deco styling and crisp opening and closing. The lighter will need fluid and a new flint. The case measures approx. 4" inches high x approx. 2.25" inches wide.

64 - Antique Condoms & Case Looking for a conversation starting antique? 1929 Ramses condoms by Julius Schmid, Inc. hinged case with great graphics and an original product inside. These are exceptionally rare and highly sought after. The case measures approx. 2.5" inches x approx. 2" inches.
65 - Mid-Century Porcelain Cats Gorgeous! Lot of two (x2) Mid-Century hand-painted porcelain cats with real gold leaf accents. Each cat stands approx. 6" inches in height and approx. 3.25" inches at their widest. The cats are not marked in the porcelain and may be post-WWII Japanese production for U.S. importation.
66 - "Can't You Talk" Lithograph Great lithograph with a great history! 1940s-1950s lithograph of "Can't You Talk" (G.C. Holmes) printed by the Wilson Chemical Company of Tyrone, PA. The printed lithograph was a marketing tool by Wilson for purchasers of a 1 ounce can of White Cloverine Salve. Their production was limited and the lithograph measures approx. 11" inches x 9" inches.
67 - New Firearm Locks Lot of three (x3) BRAND NEW hand gun firearm locks. The lot includes two Ruger locks and a DAC Technologies lock that goes through the magazine chamber. All three are brand new in original packaging with instructions and keys.
68 - Lot of Vintage Pad Locks Lot of five (x5) vintage locks. The lot includes four heavy duty padlocks - makers including Brinks and Master - as well as a luggage lock from Popular Mechanic. All five locks have their original keys.

70 - Cast Iron Amish Couple Cast iron Amish couple sitting on a bench figure. The piece is hand-painted (which does show some age), casted in three piece, and measures approx. 3.5" inches across and approx. 2.15" inches in height.
71 - Bullicante Crystal Rabbit Beautiful hand crafted French made bullicante crystal rabbit paperweight / decorative. This piece is beautiful crystal featuring the rare-talent of bullicante. The rabbit measures approx. 3" inches in height and approx. 4" inches in width. This piece has a companion that is not in this auction - the maker's name is worn but "crystal" and "France" and clear.
72 - Mid-Century Compote Beautiful hand-crafted art glass blue compote. This is a hand-made piece with imperfect symmetry and irregular ruffles but of perfect size and color for dozens of applications. The piece measures approx. 9.5" inches in diameter at the top flare and has a height of approx. 6.0" inches. The piece has no markings or signatures but is likely a 1960s piece with all the characteristics of Viking Glass.

This fan epitomizes Art Deco styling with mid-century flair and is finished with the red ring Westinghouse logo plate. The fan ran as soon as it was plugged in and then experienced a short (hence, the black electrical tape on the cord). As with all older electrical items, this piece needs to be re-wired for safety and operation.
83 - Early Plastic Constructed Doll Early plastic doll features a hand-painted face, sleepy eyes, movable arms, painted slippers, and an outfit that seems familiar but we just can't place - leading us to believe this is a Storybook doll. She stands approx. 6.5" inches in height, has movable arms but fixed legs with a checkerboard dress, pauper's apron and hat. The doll is from a private collection and in excellent condition.
84 - Antique Chinese Mud Man Lot Gorgeous pair of antique Chinese mud man figurines. These Shekwan mud figures are extremely detailed and beautifully finished in bright colors. These are the smaller figures (one is approx. 3.0" and the other is approx. 3.5" inches). The incised "CHINA" stamp within the mud figure indicates a point-of-origin importation stamp known to be used from 1890-1919. DO NOT CONFUSE THESE WITH ONE OF THE MANY REPRODUCTIONS WITHOUT THE CORRECT STAMPS ON THE INTERNET! The dog figure appears to be glazed porcelain and has a red stamp back marking. The piece is approx. 1.75" inches in height and likely early to mid 20th Century.
