Hello all!  Until social distancing rules are relaxed, we will be doing only Online Auctions.

Pickup Friday, May 15th 4:30-7pm ONLY!

COVID 19 PICK UP PROCEDURES:

1. Payments will be taken online ONLY. 

2. To eliminate physical interaction, bidders will call when they arrive to pickup location. You should stay in their car and shouldn’t congregate in groups. 

3. Most items will be brought out of the seller’s location to a drop zone. Exceptions: Furniture and large lots which you will be responsible for loading and moving out of the house yourself.  Always bring help with moving large items.  Bring boxes for large lots. 

4. Consider hiring movers or delivery people. (www.Shorthaul.me is a great resource. You must put the www in your browser bar) to move out furniture to the drop zone if you cannot move the items yourself.  

5. All staff will wear protective gloves and face mask 

6. Please wear gloves and face masks when coming to pickup.  We really appreciate you doing your part to keep us, yourselves and others as safe as possible. 

7. Hand sanitizer will be available to everyone 

8. If you are sick, please send someone to pick up your items for you.  

9. We will be following all social distancing practices so there will be a limit on the people allowed in home at one time.  

PLEASE NOTE:  THERE WILL NOT BE MOVERS ON SITE SO PLEASE BRING ADEQUATE HELP TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS YOURSELF.  THIS IS A CLEANOUT AUCTION SO YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL THE ITEMS IN YOUR LOT.  PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE OF SOCIAL DISTANCING WE WILL ONLY BE ALLOWING 7 PEOPLE IN AT A TIME AND WE REQUIRE THAT YOU PREPAY ONLINE.  WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING CASH, CHECKS OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AT PICK NOR WILL THERE BE AN ALTERNATE PICKUP.   

THIS AUCTION PICK UP IS IN A PRIVATE HOME SO ALTERNATE PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE.I know a lot of things about a lot of things but I can’t know everything about everything so  please always use photographs as further description and feel free to ask questions. I do my best to describe items as well as I can. 

Always bring your own boxes and packing materials and be prepared to remove your items from the house yourself as movers will not be on site to help you.  Bring your own labor.  

For delivery through Shorthaul which is a new Columbus based company, please visit their website to schedule or use the Short Haul app on your phone.  Website is www.shorthaul.me.  (Note:  you must use the www before web address and please note that I am not affiliated with them but have used them several times with great success) 

Please always be mindful of the neighbors and do not block mailboxes, driveways or park in peoples grass.   Please make sure when parking on the street that you allow room for cars to get through.
