We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. Enter at your own risk.
ALL SALES FINAL! We do not offer presales. It is your responsibility to inspect all items you wish to purchase.
Numbers are given out at 9am Friday morning, first come first serve. We do not reserve numbers for anyone as it is not fair to those who may show up early.
We will limit the amount of customers inside the home to ensure a smooth sale.
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle. Cash is preferred, electronic forms of payment will come with a processing fee.
Friday prices are FIRM (unless otherwise specified by client)
Saturday, 20% off 10am, 50% off at noon, bargaining may begin at 1pm.
You must provide your own help to remove large items. We are sellers, not movers :)
Shoplifters will be banned. We have cameras, and switching tags does count as stealing.
Please remember you are entering someones home who is going through a big transition. Respect the home as if it were your own. If there are any issues, please let the staff know immediately.

This week we have a fabulous outdoor Bexley Bazaar for you all, complete with designer womens clothing and shoes by Henri Bendel, Armani, Mossimo, Gianfranco Ferre, and more, some pieces are archival vintage, and we even set up a changing room for your convenience! In addition we have Lego sets, including Taj Mahal (with box), Avengers and others, Limoges and Royal Copenhagen Blue Fluted Plain china, fun wall art, silverplate, home decor and more! And we are conveniently located in the path of the 127 Yard Sale (yard sales spanning 6 states and 690 miles!) Don’t miss this chance to see a curated designer wardrobe and other great goodies!
NOTE: This sale is OUTDOORS and in the garage ONLY. There will be many signs to point you in the right direction. Please be courteous and wait outside of the driveway on S. Dawson Ave for numbers at 9am! We will be limiting the amount of customers inside the garage, so please come prepared for the weather. Thank you!
