To expedite pick up, we encourage all bidders to pay online once invoices have been sent. Winning bidders may pay by credit card or EXACT cash at time of pick up. Change WILL NOT be available and checks are not accepted. Coins accepted under $1. There is a 3% service fee for credit card payments. Pick up date/time is noted at the start of each online sale and is firm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Winning bidders will be notified of the address.

Please come prepared to move your items yourself and bring all necessary tools as Clear Out the House staff are not permitted to assist. Please bring your own packing materials/bags as none will be provided. All sales are final and all items are "as is". Items are not tested.
