ESTATE SALE: Furniture and Fabulous Vintage Collections - Part 2

Entry:

To prevent excess wear and tear and/or damage to the residence, usually a maximum of 25 people will be permitted inside at any given time. As people exit, the capacity will be kept at that amount. Knock on the front door if you are outside, and you will be given a number so as to ensure your place in line.

Payment:

Payment for items may be made via cash, credit card, or paypal. An additional 3% fee will be added to your total for credit card or paypal purchases to cover processing charges. Checks may be accepted at our discretion and only with proper ID. A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. All items are sold As-Is. We do not issue refunds or exchanges.

Large item pick up/delivery:

Delivery/transportation services available: please see Joe or Matthew quotes and arrangements. There may be times when we are too busy to move large items out in the middle of a crowd of people. If this is the case, we may request that you come back later in the day to pick up your item(s) and/or obtain your own means of transportation. Should you be in need of delivery of large items, we would be happy to assist you with that, also. Ask us about our rates and delivery schedules!

Rescheduling of Sales/Limited Parking:

There are very few situations which may result in the reschedule of a sale (unexpected road work at the address, level 3 or higher winter weather advisories, etc.). In the event that this is required, we will post updates to our website, our social media sites, our advertising methods, and our email list. There are also times when there will be limited parking at a residence. If this occurs, please be respectful of neighbors and other patrons. Please park carefully and legally at all times. Do not park in the grass unless it is indicated that it’s ok to do so. Roadside parking only, please do not park in driveway as that is reserved for people moving and picking up large items. Principal Estate Sales is not liable for any tickets or fines you may incur as a result of improper parking.

While at the Premises:

Please be respectful of the owner’s items. Please be careful going up and down stairs, as some of them in older houses can be quite steep. Principal Estate Sales is not liable for any falls, injuries, and/or accidents incurred on premises.

Bidding Box:

Take note of our bidding box, which will be stationed near the entrance/exit. If you see an item that you want, but do not want to pay what is marked and we can’t reach a reasonable negotiation, you may leave your name and phone number along with the item you desire and the price you are willing to pay in the box. Should the item remain unsold at the end of the sale, we will call you and discuss your offer.
