It is our distinct privilege to represent the contents of the residence belonging to a Chagrin Falls gentleman with a wide array of interests, classic taste, and unique and intriguing collections.
Corvette enthusiast, Clint Eastwood & Elvis fan, Artist, esteemed member of our Air Force and overall gentleman of style and taste his Estate offers something for everyone. From everyday useful items, to his own figural drawings and paintings it is a diverse and well edited sale filled with fantastic items.
Furnishings range from Antique, Mid-Century, Vintage to on trend items from Pottery Barn, Ballard Designs & Crate and Barrel. Seating, dining, occasional tables, bedroom, lighting, wicker, storage is represented in plenty. A small selection of kitchen and serving from Fiesta, Crate & Barrel, Kitchenaid and Pottery Barn. Large variety of garden decorations with a rustic flare. And of course we have an ample garage with useful maintenance items, gardening supplies, birdhouses, lawn mowers and planters. The mainstays of the home are very well rounded and the selection offers a variety of styles.
And now on to the Auto Enthusiasts collectibles. Franklin & Danbury Mint Die Cast models, with of course an emphasis on Corvettes. Hundreds of encased Matchbox, Hotwheels, Slotcars and key wound miniatures with movement. Not only is there a lifetime collection of the small scale models, in addition there are 100's of 'new in package' trucks, cars, motorcycles and basically anything with wheels and transportation based toys in all sizes. An impressive small collection of antique and vintage die cast metal, iron and tin cars, tractors, wagons and buggies. Vintage lionel trains and accessories. Also an offering of general vintage toys. Quite a well 'collected' offering to say the least.
The 'Handyman's' area is anchored by a full Craftsman chest with all the tools to fill it!
As a hobby, our gentleman enjoyed sketching and painting the figural forms of the human body. Graceful and contemporary the subject matter may not be appropriate for all ages so we will not be featuring his works in the photos of this ad. All are professionally framed and range from black and white, to brightly colored works. In addition, there is a host of other wall art of all subject matters.
We will be updating frequently as we're unpacking wonderful treasures to present.

Donations are specific. Men's swarm winter coats size Large and above. New or laundered hats and gloves. DESPERATE NEED of new socks. Men's warm boots, sleeping bags and tents. Currently there is no need for women's and children's clothes. Most of the displaced people the Sub Zero Mission reaches is to homeless Veterans. We will have bins set at the sale.
