Estate Liquidation - Lifetime Collection of 75 Years *(2 Part Sale)

We are liquidating the contents of the house of a lifetime collector of over 75 years. We are delighted to offer this sale, as there are so many items there is something for everyone!

The house for this in-person sale is located adjacent to Tanglewood Golf Course in beautiful Chagrin Falls Ohio.

Because there are so many items in this collection we must have a two-part sale as there is just not enough room to put everything out on the floor and maneuver the house safely.

This wonderfully cared for collection includes many different items most of which are collectibles and antiques as you can see from some of the pictures. There are also many household items including bedroom furniture and beds which are antique that we have not even had a chance to photograph yet. There are three additional bedrooms and possessions in those that we will be liquidating. As well as two family rooms and an upright piano.

All items are very good condition as this is a smoke and pet free home and items were carefully displayed throughout the years.

There is a plethora of jewelry, approximately ober 2000 pieces. The majority of it is higher quality costume jewelry, but there are also gold and sterling silver pieces being offered as well.

We also did not have a chance to photograph everything as it is still coming out of storage and being placed on display for sale this entire week as we sort possessions. So, there will be much more than what is listed in these pictures as we get through the basement and other storage areas of the house.

Part one of this two-part sale is Friday, July 31st and Saturday August 1st from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. both days.

The second part of the sale will be held on Friday, August 7th, Saturday August 8th, and Sunday August 10th the hours being 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. all 3 days. We will do a separate listing on estate sales.net for this sale and we will update pictures at that time.

Numbers for early birds will be given out at 9:30 a.m. each day. With the house doors.opening at 10 a.m. due to limited space we will allow 15 people in the house at a time.

We ask that you do not bring purses inside the house with you nor large bags. Assistance will be available to place items you would like to purchase with the cashier so that you can shop hands-free.

All sales are final. We accept cash, as well as Paypal, Cash App and Zelle. Sale is being conducted by Ohio's Best Estate Liquidators LLC which is licensed in the state of Ohio by the Department of Agriculture, 8995 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
