Due to the rain, there will be no parking onsite at the house. There is a park less than a 1/4 mile East of the home that can be used for parking. We will be offering a shuttle service from the park to the home throughout the day starting at 9:00am. BE CAREFUL if you plan to walk on Auburn Road. It is hilly and 45 MPH. We have put out CAUTION SLOW signs in both directions to help people be more aware.

Come out and ENJOY THE SALE! :) We have priced everything very fairly.

We will start passing out numbers at 9:00am. There will be no early entry.

Cash and Credit Cards accepted. A 3% charge will be added to Credit Card purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please bring help to load larger pieces; All items must be removed by the last day of the sale.

Please wear masks and social distance in accordance to Ohio law. We will be limiting the amount of people in the home to 15 at a time and then staggering entry after that. The wait shouldn't be too long with how we stagger entry.
