Estate Sale located in a beautiful old home in College Hill, the middle of Cincinnati - HALF PRICE SUNDAY

As this is a Victorian home there are 3 floors and the steps to the small 3 floor area are difficult, we ask that you use caution when going to this floor. There is a basement and a shed

We will - as we have been doing with the events of the day- limit the number of people at one time, we ask that you wear a mask to enter and that you maintain social distancing

Please bring a box and packing for fragile items. As there are some beautiful pieces of furniture on the first and 2nd floor we ask that you make your own arrangements to move these items, we do not have available staff to help, we can provide the name of a mover if you are interested.
