Mid Century Sterling Pennino Rhinestone Brooch and Earrings: A sterling silver brooch and clip earring set from New York jewelry manufacturer Pennino, known for fine craftsmanship in the Italian tradition. During WWII the firm often made its cocktail style jewelry out of sterling. This set features both colorless and ruby red rhinestones. The brooch is designed in a distinctive tiered pattern with a whorl of leaves and fleurettes along the outer edge. The reverse of each earring is marked “Pennino, Sterling, Pat. Pend.” while the brooch is marked only “Pennino Sterling.” The total weight, inclusive of all materials, is 1.630 ozt.

14K Gold Peridot Pendant, Sterling Blue Topaz Pendant and Chains: A group of jewelry consisting of a 14K white gold peridot pendant, a smaller sterling blue topaz pendant and two Italian sterling chain necklaces.

Reclining Sofa: A tight upholstered sofa, covered in a tan textured fabric and having rolled arms with three seats functioning as recliners with foot rests. Manufacturer unknown.

Pegasus Coro Insect Pin and Oval Brooch: A pair of mid-to-late century Pegasus Coro brooches. The insect pin is in the form of a fly or bee, accented with faceted faux gemstones. The oval brooch is crafted in a Victorian Revival style, in a tiered, openwork setting featuring deep red imitation gemstones. The insect bears the Pegasus mark, with script “Coro” within a rectangular mark. The oval brooch bears a similar mark to setting, and an indistinct script “Coro” to closure.

The center has a knotted pin that holds the hands. The face of the barometer is marked for various states of weather. Marked on the face by the maker.

Pennsylvania House China Cabinet: A traditional style contemporary china cabinet by Pennsylvania House, in cherry. It has an upper hutch with an arched top, glass paned doors, and a mirrored interior back surface. The hutch has six adjustable/removable glass shelves with plate grooves, with two longer shelves to the center and two shorter ones to each side. The base of the piece features a central drawer with a black laminate hinged lid, and a felted silverware holder to the interior. Below this and to either side are cabinet spaces, with one adjustable/removable wood shelf each. There are lights mounted to the interior of the upper hutch, controlled by a dimmer switch, which were working at the time of cataloging.
