Hand-Knotted and Carved Pagoda "Hwa Tah" Blue and Cream Wool Area Rug: A Pagoda Hwa Tah hand-knotted, carved Chinese area rug made from 100% wool pile. The rug features hand-carved embellishments including six flower medallions at each outer corner and margin, two of the six medallions are larger and adjacent to one another. Tones of blue to the outer borders, cream to the inner border, and slate blue field, with pastel tones of blue, pink/mauve, cream, plum, peach, brown, green and yellow with fringe at both short ends. Marked with label to the verso.Reed & Barton "Marlborough" Sterling Silver Flatware and Serving Utensils: A sterling silver flatware set in the Marlborough pattern by Reed & Barton Silversmiths. The Marlborough pattern was first introduced in 1906, and features a plumed tip, scroll edge, and a glossy finish. The fifty-one piece set including eight dinner forks, eight salad forks, thirteen teaspoons, two round bowl cream soup spoons, eight flat handle butter spreader knives, one solid gravy ladle, and four tablespoon serving spoons, all marked “Pat. Jan. 2.1906,” embossed with the Eagle/R/Lion marks (mark style ca. 1889 – 1946), and “Sterling” to the backs.
