Pete Rose 1963 French Bauer Lid: A Pete Rose 1963 French Bauer milk lid. These cardboard lids had illustrations of a Cincinnati Reds player, their name was printed in red script lettering along with “Visit Beautiful Crosley Field” and “See The Reds In Action”. The lid is not dated. French Bauer was a dairy company in Cincinnati, Ohio and Lexington, Kentucky.Large Scale Football Player Sculpture: A large-scale football player sculpture. This piece, constructed from a metal alloy, with an antique bronze finish, stands at three and a half feet tall and depicts a young football player running with the ball in his hand. He wears a Riddell helmet and a number 7 jersey. It is signed, in mold, by a company out of Thailand that uses the fictitious name “Jim Davidson.”Ohio State Buckeyes Game "Throwback" Full Size Football Helmet: An Ohio State University Buckeyes 1960s full-size game “Throwback-Style” football helmet. This game issued helmet was manufactured by Riddell honors the 1968 National Championship and retains its original facemask and chin strap. There is a “Buckeyes” name plaque attached to the forehead area, just above the facemask. This helmet is painted in a scarlet color with black, white, and gray stripes that run to the front and back. With backside American Flag and NCAA decals, this helmet was obtained through the Ohio State Athletic Department according to our consignor. This helmet is adorned with Buckeye game achievement decals and maintains its original inside protective padding. It is a size 7-7.5 according to the label.Hudepohl 14K Beer Neon Sign: A vintage late 1940s/1950s Hudepohl 14-K beer neon sign. The sign has “Have a 14K Hudepohl” in multicolor. The sign’s transformer was produced by FranceFormer, The France Manufacturing Co. Westlake, Ohio. It’s a “Gaseous Tube Transformer”. The metal plate on the transformer has “Cat. 75420FZP”, “SER. 966”. “Have a” is in green, the square around the 14-K is yellow, the 14-K is white and the “Hudepohl” is in day-glo red. The transformer has the pull chain for turning the sign on and off. Hudepohl beer was a brewery located in Cincinnati, Ohio, founded in 1885.1924 "Center Mohawk" Football Photo: A 1924 football photo. The photo has “Champions 1924 Center Mohawk Merchants Foot Ball Team”; the photographer is listed, “Wood Photo 106 – 7th St.” Different merchant names are sewn on the front of the players’ jerseys; names like: Hickman Cafe, Kobmann Hardware, Kramer Meats, and Friedels Candy. One of the non players in the photo is holding a megaphone that is adorned with a “C”. Cincinnati has a Mohawk area. The photo is attached to cardboard; the names of the players are handwritten on the back.1970 All-Star Baseball Pennant: A 1970 All-Star baseball full-size pennant. The pennant is a semi-soft felt that has a red body, yellow border and white graphics and lettering. There is an artist rendition of Riverfront Stadium from an areal view; four stars with a digit inside that reads “1970” and the lettering is “All Star Baseball Game Cincinnati, Ohio”. Riverfront Stadium opened in June of 1970. It was the home to the Cincinnati Reds from 1970-2002. This is the All-Star game in which Pete Rose barreled over Ray Fosse for the winning run.Nine 8mm Boxing Films Includes Ali and Marciano: A collection of nine 8mm boxing films. There is also an accompanying JSA letter enclosed. Yasiel is a Cuban born player who is currently a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Known as a power hitter, Yasiel is a former National League All-Star and is a difficult autograph to obtain.Jason Pierr-Paul Signed Jersey COA: A Jason Pierre-Paul autographed New York Giants replica jersey. Jason signed the back “9” with a black marker. His signature has been authenticated by JSA; their sticker is on the “9” and their card is included. Jason is a star defensive end for the Giants.1972 Olympic/B.C. Cartoon Placemats: A set of placemats from 1972 using Johnny Hart’s comics B.C. to help promote the 1972 Olympics. There are eight placemats, two sided – one side depicts an image of a past Olympic, the other side has a character from the B.C. comic strip acting out a sport or carrying the Olympic torch. The Olympics represented are from 1928, Amsterdam; 1932, Los Angeles; 1948 London; 1952 Helsinki; 1956 Melbourne; 1964 Tokyo; 1968 Mexico and 1972 Munchen. The placemats are mini posters that have been laminated; produced by Antik Print Amsterdam.Michelob Neon Beer Sign: A Michelob beer neon sign. The ribbon design lights up as red, “Michelob” lights up white. Michelob is a product of Budweiser.Pair of Crosley Field Seats: A pair of Crosley Field seats. The pair of seats are self-standing (they are not mounted on a base) and have been painted a bright red. Crosley Field was the home field of the Cincinnati Reds (baseball and football teams), the Cincinnati Bengals (1937, 1941-1943), Cincinnati Tigers, Buckeyes and the Clowns (all three were Negro League Teams). The seats are made of wood with a metal frame. Redland Field was renamed Crosley Field in 1934; Crosley was the last name of the Powel Crosely Jr., the owner of the Reds from 1934-1961.TaylorMade Golf Clubs with Bag: A group of TaylorMade golf clubs plus one with a golf bag. The TaylorMade putter is a Nubbins, it comes with a head cover. The other TaylorMade clubs are RAC irons include: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and a 9. The “plus one” is a Titleist “Oil Can 8620” “BV 258•08 Vokey Design”. The canvas bag is a TaylorMade red, white and black.Johnny Bench Signed Glove PSA COA: A Johnny Bench autographed catchers mitt. John signed the inside edge with a silver-toned marker. His signature was authenticated by PSA/DNA; their sticker is on the glove and their card is included. The glove is a black Rawlings “RENEGADE”. John was the legendary catcher for the Cincinnati Reds. He was elected to baseball’s Hall of Fame in 1989.1930s Tunney, Dempsey, and Sullivan Sports Photos: An assortment of vintage American boxer photographs. Featured in this listing are boxing greats John L. Sulivan, Jack Dempsey, and Gene Tunney. Circa 1930s, the brown sepia photos depict an action pose of the identified boxer with name posted at the bottom. The Tunney and Dempsey photos appear to be vintage. The 1930s John L. Sullivan bare-fisted boxer photo is a retake of an earlier 1890s-1900s version. Nicknamed “The Boston Strong Boy,” John Sullivan was America’s first “Heavy Weight” boxing champion. Each photograph has cardboard backing with plastic protective wrapping.
