Sudden abandonment of renters means the house needs cleared for renovations. Everything in the house was left behind. It all needs gone and cleared, which means prices will be very cheap. The bigger the pile the better the deal. I am running it individually and not as a company.

Due to it being last second, I have not had time to clean or organize. I will have it somewhat picked up but it will be picking at your own risk. Only have gone through some of it but there’s a lot of boxes full of tools/electronics/parts. Only allowed to attach 50 pictures but there’s more to be seen
