Bob Guccione Graphite Sketch on Paper Crucifixion: A graphite sketch on paper of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ by listed American artist Bob Guccione (1930-2010). Depicted is Jesus Christ upon the cross in the despair of his final moments. The sketch features a three-quarters view of Christ’s body and while there is no cross present, a nail pierces through his hand to signify the gesture. Inscribed to the verso is a notation that reads, “Portrait 7.” The work remains unmounted and unframed. The item included in this lot comes from The Guccione Collection, sold exclusively through EBTH by digital media company Jerrick.
