Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
Itemswill begin to close three items per minute at the scheduled date andstart time of the online sale, and will sell to the winning Internetbuyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on thewebsite. This online sale will feature our automatic extension systemwhich grants a five minute extension to the end of the sale of any itemreceiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then closewhen five minutes have elapsed without any activity.

Buyer's Contract
Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Item descriptions
Allitems are sold as is - where is. In the case of obvious faults (chips,cracks, significant damage, etc) we do our best to list the faultwithin the description. We will provide descriptions based on ourassessment of an item. However, we do not assume that our assessment ofcondition will be the same as your assessment. Most of the items wesell are antique, vintage, or used. You should expect signs of wearconsistent with age and we will not list every flaw associated witheach item as these are to be expected. We offer a public previewinspection for the sole purpose of allowing you the opportunity to seeit in person before placing a bid. If you are unsure of an itemscondition make arrangements to attend the preview and please bidaccordingly.

Sales Tax
All sales are subject toappropriate state sales tax laws. Vendors must provide the appropriateVendors license information (state and license #) prior to the end ofthe sale. Once we receive your information you are not required toresend it for future sales unless it is upon EBTH's request.

Penalties
Purchasesnot paid for and picked up in accordance with the removal terms will beforfeit and resold with no credit given to the buyer. The buyer'saccount will then be turned over to collections for the combined totalof the original invoice amount and moving or disposal charges.

Payment forms accepted during designated removal and payment times
Successfulbidders who will be picking up items in person can pay for purchasesduring the designated removal and payment times listed above. We acceptcash, checks, and up to $1000 on MasterCard or Visa with no surcharge.Winning buyers with questions of how to make payment should email contact@ebth.org.

If you cannot pay for and pick up the items during the times specified, please do not bid

Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors
Pleasebe aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price anitem out of reach of other bidders. The system will ask you to reviewyour bids after placing them to make sure you did not enter an amountin error. Please pay close attention to this to prevent you fromentering a bid in error. Also, please note that if you place a bid inthe "Your Bid" box instead of the "Your Maximum" box the bid willimmediately increase to the amount you entered (unless another bidderhad a higher maximum bid). If you make a mistake before 24 hours of thesale close you can email Brian Graves to request to have yourerror corrected (EBTH will have discretion over whether or not it wasan obvious mistake). If the mistake is made within 24 hours of theauction closing the bid will stand as entered due to the fact that thebid you placed may prevent other bidders from placing competing bids.EBTH staff makes every attempt to watch the sale closing to insureobvious mistakes (i.e. $1000 entered instead of $10.00 are immediatelycorrected). However, we can not be responsible for individualsincreasing their own bids and therefore alienating other potentialbidders. This is the risk you take when waiting until the last day toplace your bids and doing so under pressure!

Shipping requests
Ifyou have won an item and would like to have it shipped just reply tothe email invoice you receive following the sale close with yourshipping request.

For items that can be easily boxed and shipped
Weship to the continental US via UPS only. If you have purchased items atone of our sales and it must be shipped to you, we would be happy to doso for the actual shipping costs plus the associated handling charges.Payment for items to be shipped must be made by providing a Visa orMasterCard number. If you are bidding on items and plan to have themshipped it is best to provide us with a credit card number prior to theclose of the sale to expedite the shipping process. The card numbermust be provided to us by calling 513.505.9071 or emailing the cardtype, card number, expiration date, and 3 digit VREF number (on thereverse) to contact@ebth.org. Credit cards will be placed onfile in association with your bidder number in the event of futureshipping requests. Your card will be charged the combined total of thepurchase amount, associated taxes, actual UPS shipping charges, andhandling charges based on the terms outlined below. A revised invoicewith shipping and handling charges will be included with your order.The merchandise should be shipped prior to ten business days after thescheduled sale removal and payment date.

Alternate pickup
Ifafter winning an item you determine you are unable to pick up youritems during the scheduled removal date and time you must contact us 24hours prior to the scheduled removal date and time to determine ifalternate arrangements can be made. This should only be considered as a last resort and on an exception basis.We may be able to arrange for the transport of items to our warehousein Fairfax, OH (EBTH's discretion) and arrange for an alternate pickupdate and time (subject to availability). Payment for items to be pickedup at an alternate location must be made by providing a Visa orMasterCard number prior to the original scheduled removal andpayment date. The card number must be provided to us by calling513.505.9071 or by emailing the card type, card number, expirationdate, and 3 digit VREF number (on the reverse) to contact@ebth.org.Credit cards will be placed on file in association with your biddernumber in the event of future alternate pickup requests. Your card willbe charged the combined total of the purchase amount, associated taxes,and handling charges based on the terms outlined below.

For items which require shipping through a freight carrier
We will assist in meeting the carrier of your choice to pickup the item at the advertised sale location during the above advertised pickup times only.It is the bidder's responsibility to make arrangements to have theitems crated if necessary and prepared for freight pickup prior to theadvertised payment and removal date. Please see the penaltiessection above to review the terms for failure to pickup or arrange forpickup of an item during the specified times. Payment for items tobe picked up by a freight carrier must be made by providing a Visa orMasterCard number. If you are bidding on items and plan to have thempicked up it is best to provide us with a credit card number prior tothe close of the sale to expedite the process. Handling charges
Items easily boxed andshipped (EBTH's discretion) are subject to a $2.50 handling fee per lotwith a $5.00 minimum handling fee. Items which require specialpackaging (i.e. some artwork, odd sized or fragile items) may besubject to the actual packaging charges associated with a third partyagent (i.e. The UPS Store, etc). Items which have been moved from onelocation to another in order to make alternate pickup arrangements aresubject to a $2.50 handling fee per lot with a $5.00 minimum handlingfee.

Shipping liability
EBTH is not responsible for theacts or omissions in our packing or shipping of purchased lots or ofother carriers or packers of purchased lots, whether or not recommendedby us. Packing and handling of purchased lots is at the entire risk ofthe purchaser.

Credit card surcharge
Purchases over $1000 on MasterCard or Visa will be charged an additional 2% surcharge to help cover merchant fees.
