We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Please note that there will be a 3% fee for using credit/debit cards. We do not accept checks. All items are available to purchase at the sale opening date and time. No pre-sales. All items are being sold as-is with no refund - ALL SALES FINAL

The sale is held on a first-come, first-served basis. We do NOT pass out numbers. There will be a line formed in the driveway by the side door and we will let in a certain number of people at a time.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injury while you attend the sale. Parents are responsible for their children and any minor under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please bring help to load items as you must be able to load yourself and have large purchased items remove by close of sale. We do NOT help load items.

No smoking/vaping inside the house.
No animals inside the house.
No public restrooms.
No photos and/or videos permitted due to privacy.
