ENTRY NUMBERS: Number will be handed out to each individual person at 8:00 on Sat morning only.
WARRANTIES: All sales are final. You should inspect all items prior to purchasing, as we have a no return policy. All items sold are AS IS/where is.
PAYMENT: We accept and prefer cash, we also except all major credit cards with 3% service fee. Checks with proper ID also accepted.
PARKING: Please do not park in the driveway. The driveway is for staff and the loading/unloading of large items.
LOADING: Please bring help to load large items. Large items must be removed from the home by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
HOLDING STATION: You are more than welcome to start a pile of things you’re going to purchase. Once you have an item in the held area, you must purchase every item. There are no exceptions to this. Holding an item takes away the chance for us to sell that item for our client and it is not fair to them.
OFFERS: We will have an offer box at the cashiers table and you are welcome to leave an offer on any item. If that offer is accepted by our client, we will contact you. All offers are considered legally binding contracts once accepted.

This is an estate sale for the late Tina Meeks who was a well-known local artist in the Village of Glendale, OH.  Featuring many of her original watercolors plus a Beautifully Framed “Bengal Tiger” by John Ruthven, Prints by Robert Fabe & Ray Harms, Mid Century Modern Danish Coffee and End Table, Wurlitzer Console Piano and more.
