Terms
1. We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible with any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions Cincinnati West does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.
2. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) or making shipping arrangements. Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be suspended from the entire CTBIDS site.
3. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid amount and included on the invoice.
4. Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you before paying so that we can group multiple wins on one invoice.
5. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Payments must be made via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, just a credit or debit card. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
6. If we do not hear from you regarding payment within 24 hours of the auction's close, your items will be considered abandoned and may be resold to the next highest bidder or donated and your bidding privileges will be suspended.
7. Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. If you require shipping, please send an email Rosie at rharris@caringtransitions.com before the auction ends. A separate invoice may be necessary for any shipping expenses.
8. The exact address of the pickup will be on the invoice. Time slot signups may be required through signup genius.
9. Items that are not picked up will be considered abandoned and may be resold to the next highest bidder or donated and your bidding privileges will be suspended. All items from every lot purchased must be taken.

PICKUP PROCEDURES
- All items must be paid for via PayPal or credit card prior to pickup. If you need to pay over the phone, contact Rosie at (513)206-8988. We will not be handling any cash at pickup.
- We will be doing curbside pickup for all non-furniture items and will be practicing safety protocol to limit contact.
- Only 1 furniture buyer will only be allowed in the house at a time, with an additional person to assist with loading as needed.
- We will be using SignUp Genius for pickup to regulate the traffic. Please select your time slot by clicking here:
- Our team members will be wearing gloves & masks during pickup and keeping 6ft distance and ask that you please do the same.

Please bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is not available. Some items may be located in the basement or second floor. Please bring boxes & packing materials for smaller items.

JOEY can deliver your winning lots within a 30-mile radius of downtown Cincinnati and save you a trip to pick them up! Log onto GETJOEY.COM or simply text "GO" to (513) 999-5639 to get started. Please notify us if you have secured a pick-up with JOEY. We highly recommend JOEY's delivery services.
